Come , Let us Return to the LORD

What does it mean to RETURN to the LORD?
To find out why we need to return to the LORD YAHUAH, we need to find out what happened to ISRAEL going away from him.
We see in Hosea chapter 1 vs.2:
Hos 1:2 The beginning of the word of the LORD by Hosea. And the LORD said to Hosea, Go, take unto thee a wife of whoredoms and children of whoredoms: for the land hath committed great whoredom, departing from the LORD.

Yahuah’s people DEPARTED from him! We may ask,how did they DEPART from him? They went after other god’s which Yah declares is being a WHORE!
Whores commit adultery! We see that Hosea needed to understand how Yah feels about Adultery. This is one of the commandments of GOD!
Exo 20:14 Thou shalt not commit adultery.

How do we commit spiritual adultery? We go after strange gods such as denominations, Idols of every kind, false religions, following men rather than Yahuah. Education becomes a god because of the thirst for knowledge instead of first seeking the knowledge of Yah!
Pro 9:9 Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be yet wiser: teach a just man, and he will increase in learning.
Pro 9:10 The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding.

Of course gaining knowledge in preparation for a career or employment is necessary but when KNOWLEDGE becomes the MAIN endeavor, that is when we fulfill the word of Yah:
2Ti 3:7 Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.

So we now see why we must return to the LORD, YAHUAH, in repentance for our backsliding in going after those things that satisfy the flesh but do nothing for our being VIRGINS in Yah’s sight.
He is calling us all to repentance in this last day so that he can HEAL us of our backslidden and adulterous condition.
Hos 6:1 Come, and let us return unto the LORD: for he hath torn, and he will heal us; he hath smitten, and he will bind us up.

We have forgotten Yahuah and have turned to OTHER LOVERS by rejecting his LAW, TORAH!
Hos 4:6 My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will also forget thy children.

It is time to be VIRGINS and return to the Father who is our HUSBAND
Hos 2:16 And it shall be at that day, saith the LORD, that thou shalt call me Ishi; and shalt call me no more Baali.
Hos 2:17 For I will take away the names of Baalim out of her mouth, and they shall no more be remembered by their name.

The word Ish-I, here is the Hebrew word for “MY HUSBAND”!
There is only ONE way to become a VIRGIN and RETURN to the LORD, YAHUAH, is to repent of our unfaithfulness to our marriage vows, THE TORAH, and his COMMANDMENTS, and re-new our vows through the BLOOD of our MESSIAH YESHUA!
Hos 2:19 And I will betroth thee unto me for ever; yea, I will betroth thee unto me in righteousness, and in judgment, and in lovingkindness, and in mercies.
Hos 2:20 I will even betroth thee unto me in faithfulness: and thou shalt know the LORD.

Now we are able to tell who is a HARLOT, WHORE, and who is not. In the book of Revelation it also speaks of Harlots:
Rev 17:4 And the woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet colour, and decked with gold and precious stones and pearls, having a golden cup in her hand full of abominations and filthiness of her fornication:
Rev 17:5 And upon her forehead was a name written, MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.
Mystery Babylon! The present world system! We commit adultery with the world and all it has to offer and thus become a Harlot.
Rev 18:4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.

This is the CALL to return to the LORD, YAHUAH!
The time is near when Yah’s wrath will be poured out upon a lawless Church! When we return to the LORD with repentance, he promises to be with us and be healed and not partake of the plagues and sins of the world! This is AWESOME! He will mark you with his NAME, YAHUAH, and nothing will be able to harm you, because he is in you to deliver you from all evil.
So come out of her MY PEOPLE is the same as RETURN TO THE LORD!
1Jn 2:15 Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.
1Jn 2:16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
1Jn 2:17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.
